Firmware Updates
Need to update your MuteMe device's firmware? This tool can place your device in bootloader mode, allowing you to update firmware without installing additional software. This is especially useful if you've experienced update issues on another computer.
Browser Requirements
This tool uses the WebHID API to communicate directly with your MuteMe device. For optimal performance, we recommend using:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge (limited support)
- Other Chromium-based browsers (may work but not fully tested)
Please ensure your browser is up to date for the best experience.
How to Use the Tool
Click the "Connect to Device" button and select your MuteMe device from the list
Select a color from the dropdown menu and click "Set Color" to verify your device's LED functionality
Touch your device and watch the Data Stream window to confirm it registers your interactions
Use the "Enter Bootloader Mode" button for firmware updates or "Restart Device" to reset your device
Important:
Quit the regular MuteMe App prior to using this tool. Running both simultaneously may prevent proper device connection.
