mutesync Firmware Failure
You can update the MuteMe app for your MuteSync button, but the app does not update MuteSync device firmware.
Update the app, not the button firmware
Use Downloads to update the MuteMe app on Windows or macOS. This is separate from firmware stored on the MuteSync button. Do not use Original or Mini firmware files, bootloader tools or erase instructions on a MuteSync.
If your button is not connecting
Follow the MuteSync connection guide for the old-app conflict, USB cable and Windows CP210x driver checks. The MuteSync transition guide explains moving to MuteMe. A connection problem is not an instruction to flash firmware.
