Transition Overview
As we complete the transition from Mutesync to MuteMe software, all aspects of support, functionality, and customer service will migrate to MuteMe’s platform. Below is an outline of what to expect during this transition.
Important Dates and Support Information
Support for the existing Mutesync app will officially end on November 16, 2024. After this date, we encourage all users to transition to MuteMe software to benefit from continued updates and improvements. While you may continue using the Mutesync app after this date, all support and updates will be available exclusively through MuteMe.
