Home / Language Settings Causing Syncing Issues

This support article is for Windows and MacOS users that are experiencing sync issues with their MuteMe and use a language other than US-English on their communication platform. 

Cause:

We believe that language selection on the communication platform in a language other than US-English is the cause of such issues. A number of users have now told us that their language settings are causing sync issues with applications such as MS Teams. 

Solution:

 

In the short term please change your language on the application to US-English. We will work on a software version that takes into account different languages but this may take some time.
