Home GoToMeeting Configuration

This page exists to help GoToMeeting users configure the application correctly.

MuteMe has level 3 functionality on Windows and level 3 sync on macOS with the NEW GoTo app which can be downloaded here

MuteMe controls the mute/unmute status regardless of the window being in the foreground or the background but does NOT work when minimized to the dock on macOS or bar on Windows . This is a different behavior from other meeting applications like Zoom/Teams/WebEx. This limitation occurs when the GoTo window is minimized to the tray/bar or dock. With the window minimized on macOS or Windows we cannot get mute/unmute status.

If you are experiencing issues please use the chat feature at the bottom of the page to let our team know.
