Hardware + software
The physical control is only one part of the experience. The MuteMe app connects your device, your microphone and supported meeting software.
Check the compatibility matrixThese devices control microphone mute; they are not microphones. Use your computer’s microphone, headset or connected microphone with the MuteMe app.
Windows and macOS are the main supported platforms. Linux builds are in beta; support varies by device and meeting app. Sync behavior also depends on your app settings and integration.
See current downloads and requirementsThe companion app is required. Work-managed computers may need IT approval. MuteSync may also need a serial driver on Windows.

Still deciding? Try the devices in the interactive demos to get a feel for their controls.
Explore the demosBoth provide microphone control through a steel touch surface, four microphone modes and configurable lights. The main difference is physical: Original gives you a larger surface positioned on your desk with a cable; Mini plugs directly into a USB port and keeps the setup compact.
Choose the Mini’s USB-C or USB-A variant to match your computer. Original includes a USB-C cable and USB-C to USB-A adapter.
Choose MuteSync if you prefer a physical push button over a touch-sensitive surface. It controls your microphone using the same MuteMe companion app and offers toggle, push-to-talk and push-to-mute modes. Check its setup guide for the Windows driver requirement.
If your main goal is silent microphone control, Original is designed for that job. If dedicated camera control and personal shortcuts are essential to your workflow, explore the upcoming Click and join its launch list.
Click is coming soon. The demo is a concept preview; final features, supported actions, pricing and availability will be part of the launch details.
With push to talk, hold the control to unmute and release to mute. Push to mute does the reverse: hold to mute, then release to unmute. Original, Mini and MuteSync also let you toggle on press or on release.
