🚚 Shipping Details
Shipping for 100 units typically costs between $30 and $50 within the United States, and we prefer to use UPS Ground for our deliveries. Should you need to ship to various locations for your distributed teams, please contact our sales team for a detailed quote. For distribution shipping within the United States, costs usually range from $4 to $6 per unit. For international distributed shipping, you can expect costs between $16 and $24 per unit.

🕒 Screen Printing
Screen printing elevates the engraved price by $2, induces an additional 7-10 days lead time, and demands a minimum order of 100 units. Screen printing is not possible on the MuteMe Mini.
📦 Packaging
Custom units come without the retail sleeve that includes product data and a barcode. If the devices are intended to be used as promotional giveaways, we strongly recommend adding the retail sleeve. Including this feature will cost an additional $0.50 per unit and will extend the lead time by approximately one day for every 200 units. The standard MuteMe device is elegantly packaged in a black box adorned with the MuteMe logo. Inside the box, you will find the device itself, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
🎨 Artwork, Text and Logos
For custom units, ensure your artwork is in a vector format: Adobe Illustrator (AI), SVG, or EPS. If your logo isn't vectorized but is of high resolution, share it for our evaluation. The regular MuteMe device allows for more designs than the Mini. The engravable area on the Mini is small so we like to ensure that everything is clearly readable.
💳 Payment Details
Upon finalization, we'll generate a digital invoice. This invoice facilitates payment, offering deeper insights into shipping charges and tax computations based on location specifics. You can complete payment online with either a major credit card or check or wire transfer. We do not offer payment terms, so payment is required upfront. If your order value exceeds $10,000, then we can do 60% at the time of the order and 40% at shipping. Lead time commences post artwork approval and payment.

If there's no change in logo or design, the price that you pay for additional units is always based on how many total units you've ordered even if you're ordering one additional unit after you've ordered 100 the price would be based on 101 units since we already have your design work done.
