MuteMe devices are back in stock and we are now offering custom engraving options to individuals and continue to have bulk order deals for larger organizations. In addition, we are on track to launch the MuteMe Mini to our customers and collecting email addresses of those that want to be on the priority list (and get early discounts). MuteMe has successfully shipped all Kickstarter orders for backers who completed their surveys, including custom engraved and international shipments from the US and a Hong Kong fulfillment center, respectively. They've also started fulfilling Indiegogo and direct e-commerce orders, maintaining the estimated shipping date for all orders as June 20. Software update v0.5.0 has been released, featuring an intro video, AutoStart option, and updated legal documents, with ongoing enhancements planned. MuteMe invites enthusiasts to join their beta testing community and highlights website updates for improved customer support and information access. Additionally, they encourage following their social media for regular updates, expressing gratitude towards their supporters for their patience and feedback throughout the pandemic.
Thank you for your support and patience. The delay caused by the global chip shortage followed by the Suez Canal obstruction caused a backlog as more freight was routed by air. As you know we took advantage of the situation to improve MuteMe and you are now getting a much better product with improved firmware, and USB-C.
