We're a Company!
Over the last three days, we have been working to finalize and organize. I can now say that we have finalized our operating agreement and we are officially a company. I am so proud of the entire team, we are ready to get our bank accounts set up and are meeting with legal counsel with respect to protecting ourselves from litigation.
