Shipping Policy

We primarily ship orders from our own warehouse in California. In certain situations, such as severe weather, illness, operational constraints, or other unforeseen disruptions, we may ship from contracted fulfillment centers located in Reno, Nevada or Trenton, New Jersey to help ensure timely delivery.

Processing Times

Orders placed on MuteMe.com are typically processed within 1–5 business days from our California warehouse. Orders fulfilled through contracted fulfillment centers may ship within 12–24 hours.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or special promotions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at support@muteme.com.

Once an order has been picked and prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Even if you contact us right away, we may not be able to stop or modify your order due to the speed of our fulfillment process.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, and service level selected at checkout. While most domestic shipments arrive within standard carrier timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, government inspections, tariffs, or other factors outside our control.

Carrier Selection

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and service level for your order based on destination, speed, and operational needs.

Business Days

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and California state holidays.

International Shipping

International shipments are sent without local taxes, duties, VAT, import fees, or other country-specific charges included. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Please ensure you understand your country’s import requirements and potential fees before placing an international order. Our products are shipped from the United States and manufactured in China.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, and original outbound shipping costs. These amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist where possible with documentation and order details.
