Returns Policy

We accept returns only for products purchased directly from MuteMe.com. If you purchased your product from Amazon, a reseller, or any third-party retailer, please contact that seller directly for return assistance.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products purchased through MuteMe.com. After 30 days, returns are no longer eligible for a refund.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending any product back, you must email support@muteme.com with your order number to request return authorization. Our team will provide instructions for the return process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Condition Requirements

Products may be lightly tested or briefly used, but they must be returned in like-new condition. Items must be free from scratches, dents, markings, residue, dirt, grime, adhesive damage, or any other visible signs of wear. Products that show signs of use beyond basic testing may be subject to a partial refund or may be denied.

Original Packaging

Products must be returned with their original packaging and all included accessories (USB cable, adapters, inserts, manuals, etc.).

We understand that certain packaging types, such as sealed Mini packaging, may be opened or damaged during normal unboxing. We do not require shrink wrap or sealed packaging to remain intact. However, the original box, inserts, and included components must be returned whenever reasonably possible. Missing packaging components or accessories may result in a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom engraved products
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Items missing essential components not due to our error

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or valid proof of purchase from MuteMe.com is required to complete your return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product and any missing components. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a hardware defect is confirmed by our support team after troubleshooting.

We strongly recommend contacting our support team before purchasing your own return postage. In most cases, we can provide a prepaid return label at a discounted rate, which is typically less expensive than purchasing shipping independently. If a prepaid label is issued, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a confirmed hardware defect.

Customers may choose to purchase their own return shipping label; however, this is generally more expensive and is not recommended. If you choose to ship independently, you are responsible for ensuring the package is properly insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Hardware Defects and Warranty Support

If you believe your device has a hardware defect, please contact support@muteme.com before initiating a return. Many issues can often be resolved through troubleshooting. Confirmed defects may qualify for replacement or covered return shipping.

Crowdfunding Purchases

We are deeply grateful to those who supported us through Kickstarter or Indiegogo. However, purchases made through those platforms are not eligible for refunds through MuteMe.com. Please refer to the respective platform’s policies for more information.
