Application Meeting Detection
This page helps you understand one of the many features of the MuteMe application.
MuteMe has the ability to detect when you are in a meeting when using any conferencing platform that we have level 3 sync with.
Meeting Detection :
Under some circumstances when the platform you use has level 3 support our application can detect use and make that information available to you. You would need to have your color preferences set accordingly or be on the diagnostic tools page of the application. When we detect usage we would set the proper color on the device (based on your preferences) and in the application system tray next to the system clock. There are circumstances when we may not be able to detect usage using this method.
MuteMe Settings :
We recommend relying on microphone in use detection for majority of people. There are times when some customers use only one platform and are ok with meeting detection but microphone detection works across multiple conditions and gives you more control over your microphones.
